  @AnnieWhitlock @Xfinity That’s me at @ATT. They gave previous tenet account number and pin for me to transfer. Didn’t work when called or at store and said go online. Past tenets started transfer online and I got email to finish but online system does t work. ATT can’t help in person or on phone or web

  Got a text from @Xfinity that my service was back up. It’s not. Scheduled technician to come out. No one coming til Friday. If service is down all week have to look at other options. Contacting @XfinitySupport only got me multiple non-answers. Can’t work with no Wi-Fi.
